• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our business, including Stripe (payment processing) and Go High Level (CRM and marketing automation). These vendors are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services on our behalf.

• Insurance & Accident Reporting: In the event of a vehicle accident or incident, we may share relevant information with insurance companies, law enforcement, or other parties as required by law.

4 Third-Party Services

Our Site and operations rely on the following third-party services that may independently collect or process your personal data:

Per Stripe's terms of service, by using our payment services, you acknowledge that your payment data may be transferred, processed, and stored by Stripe, potentially outside the State of Georgia. 5 GPS Vehicle Tracking

Our vehicles may be equipped with GPS tracking devices. By entering into a rental agreement with RentMyWhips, you expressly consent to the use of GPS technology to monitor the location of the rented vehicle. GPS data is used solely for the following purposes:

• Theft prevention and vehicle recovery.
• Verifying compliance with geographic restrictions outlined in your rental agreement.
• Fleet management and operational efficiency.
• Assisting law enforcement in the event of a reported theft or unauthorized use.

GPS location data is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

6 Data Security & Breach Notification

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and secure third-party payment processing through Stripe.

In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information, RentMyWhips will notify affected individuals in accordance with the Georgia Personal Identity Protection Act (O.C.G.A. § 10-1-912). Notification will be provided expeditiously via email, telephone, or written notice. If a breach affects more than 10,000 Georgia residents, we will also notify the major consumer reporting agencies as required by law.

Despite our best efforts, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.

7 Policy for Children

Our services are intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. Our practices comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
